Print Artwork Guidelines & FAQs
1. What file formats do you accept?
We accept high-resolution files in the following formats:
-
Vector Files (Best Results):
.PDF,.AI,.EPS -
Raster Files:
.PNG(with transparent background) or.JPEG
2. What file quality do I need for a crisp print?
All images (.PNG or .JPEG) must be a minimum of 300 DPI at the exact size you want it printed.
-
Example: If you want a 10"x10" print, your file must be 10"x10" at 300 DPI.
-
Please Note: Screenshots or images saved from Google/social media are usually only 72 DPI and will print blurry, pixelated, or grainy.
3. Will you edit, fix, or resize my files?
Yes & No. All files are printed EXACTLY as they are received. We do not offer proofreading, resizing, background removal, or design clean-up. Please double-check your spelling, edges, artwork alignment, and overall resolution before submitting your order. We can make edits to your file for an extra fee. Please note this takes time and patience. We will notify you if a file will require an edit.
4. Why do the colors look different than my screen?
Screens display colors using light (RGB), while printers use physical ink (CMYK). Because of this, prints will always look slightly darker or less neon than they do on a backlit screen. For the best color accuracy, please design your files using a CMYK color profile.
