Because our products are custom-made or made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or customer ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or spelling).
Once an order is submitted, production begins shortly after, and the order cannot be canceled or modified. Please carefully review all product options, text inputs, and details before completing your checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. We will gladly replace or fix an item if:

Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives broken or damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@shopmadethecut.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can file a claim and process a replacement.

Our Mistake: If we sent you the wrong item, or if there is a clear manufacturing error that deviates from your approved order details, we will correct it immediately by repairing or replacing the item at no cost to you.
