Track Your Order

Check the progress of your SHOPMADETHECUT order and follow your shipment securely.

Sign in to view your orders and tracking

Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to view its status. When tracking is available, follow the tracking link in your order details to see updates from the carrier.

From production to shipping

Custom orders may still be in production before they move to shipping. If tracking is not available yet, your order may still be in production or awaiting shipment. A tracking number does not always mean the carrier has received your package; delivery updates appear as the carrier scans it.

Track from your email

You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You may be asked to sign in or verify your order details before viewing protected information.

Need help?

If you cannot find your order or need an update, reply to your order confirmation email. Keep order-status links and tracking details private. Never share your password or sign-in code.
