- Processing Time: 3-7 business days from the date you approve your final design proof.
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit times. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your scheduled event!
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Return/Refund Policy
📋 Returns & Refunds Policy
Because this is a completely custom-made product tailored to your specific brand, logo, and information, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Damages or Defects: If your product arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly make it right!
Warranty
At Made The Cut, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our LED signs. Your sign includes a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
What’s covered
Under normal use, this warranty covers:
• LED failure, including defective flickering or nonworking LEDs.
• Faulty internal wiring or connectors.
• Manufacturing defects resulting from the assembly process.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Dropping, mishandling, or improper installation.
• Water, moisture, or outdoor exposure unless the sign was specifically sold as suitable for outdoor use.
• An incompatible power adapter or electrical surge.
• Modifications, improper repairs, or misuse.
• Improper packaging when returning the sign for service.
Opening the sign or using third-party repair services does not automatically void your warranty. However, damage caused by those actions is not covered.
How to request service
Email info@shopmadethecut.com within the warranty period. Include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos and, when helpful, a short video showing the problem.
Please contact us before shipping your sign back. We will review your request and provide troubleshooting or return instructions.
Repairs and shipping
Covered defects will be repaired at no charge for parts or labor. If repair is not practical, we will evaluate replacement of the affected component or sign.
Customers are responsible for shipping the sign to us unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may cover inbound shipping on a case-by-case basis. Made The Cut covers shipping the repaired or replacement sign back to you for approved warranty claims.
Use secure protective packaging, preferably the original packaging, and a tracked, insured shipping service. Additional damage caused by inadequate packaging or return transit is not covered by this warranty.
After evaluating your sign, we will provide an estimated repair or replacement timeframe. Any charges for noncovered work will be discussed before that work begins.
This warranty is separate from our custom-order return policy. Final-sale status does not eliminate coverage for qualifying defects.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Keep your custom sign looking its best with these simple care instructions.
Power
• Use the power adapter supplied with your sign. Contact us before using a replacement.
• Keep the adapter and electrical connections dry.
• A surge protector is recommended.
• Stop using the sign if the cord, adapter, or connections appear damaged.
Installation
• For indoor use only unless your sign was specifically sold as suitable for outdoor use.
• Use mounting hardware and anchors appropriate for your wall surface and the sign’s weight.
• Use the designated mounting points. Do not hang the sign by its LED tubing or electrical cord.
• Keep the sign away from water, steam, excessive heat, and areas where it could be knocked down.
Cleaning
• Turn off and unplug the sign before cleaning.
• Gently dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
• Avoid glass cleaner, alcohol, acetone, solvents, and abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, which can damage the acrylic.
• Do not spray liquids onto the sign or immerse it in water.
Moving and storage
• Lift and support the sign by its acrylic backing.
• Do not pull, bend, or lift it by the LED tubing, connectors, or power cord.
• Unplug the sign when it will not be used for an extended period.
• Store it in a dry location with protective padding.
