Due to the fully customized nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Please double-check your artwork, dimensions, and spelling before submitting your order. If there is a physical defect or printing error on our end, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly make it right!
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
PRINT REQUIREMENTS
We accept high-resolution files in the following formats:
Vector Files (Best Results): .PDF, .AI, .EPS
Raster Files: .PNG (with transparent background) or .JPEG
📧 Artwork Submission & File Quality
To ensure your stickers print with crystal-clear precision, please review our artwork requirements:
- How to Submit: Please email your high-resolution artwork files to INFO@SHOPMADETHECUT.COM immediately after checkout. Be sure to include your Order Number in the subject line.
- File Types: We accept high-quality PNG (transparent background preferred), SVG, PDF, or EPS files.
- Image Quality: Artwork must be high-resolution (300 DPI recommended). We print exactly what you send; we are not responsible for pixelation, blurriness, or low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution or small file sizes.
